I’ve spent decades working with dogs, learning from them, and helping the people on the other end of the leash understand them a little better.
But if there’s one thing all those years have taught me, it’s this:
The dog standing in front of me will always tell me more than a training manual ever could.
I want to know your dog. How they think. What they’ve learned. What gets them excited, frustrated, confused, or confident.
And just as importantly, I want to know how you and your dog work together.
Because I’m not here to train somebody else’s version of the perfect dog.
I’m here to help you understand yours.

For me, dog training has never been about teaching a dog to sit or stay.
It’s about the moment something finally clicks between a dog and their person.
I’ve worked with families who were frustrated, overwhelmed, and convinced they had “the difficult dog.”
Then something changes.
They start seeing what their dog is actually communicating. Their dog starts understanding what’s being asked. And suddenly, the two of them aren’t fighting against each other anymore.
They’re working together.
That’s the part I love.
Watching someone go from “I don’t know what to do with this dog” to “I get my dog now.”
That’s why I do this.

Dogs never stop teaching us, and I don’t believe a trainer should ever stop learning.
I’ve spent decades building hands-on experience with dogs and their people while continuing to expand my education in canine behavior, training, puppy development, and service dog work.
My current certifications, evaluator credentials, and professional memberships include:
Education matters. Experience matters.
But knowing how to apply both to the dog and handler standing in front of me is what matters most.

You’ve learned a little about me.
Now I want to hear about you and your dog.
Tell me what’s going on, what you’re hoping to build, and we’ll figure out where to start.
